Who is this course for??


ALL Golfers, young & old. This is a beginner to intermediate level course.

It is based around core movements that can be adjusted by you & the level of personal fitness of each individual.

What is needed for this course??


90% of the equipment is in every modern gym today. Some exercises can be done from home or on the road simply with resistance bands, body weight, and physio balls.
